Account Suspension and Closure
ko222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, collusion, violation of these Terms, or any other activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Self-Requested Closure
Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting ko222 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to KYC completion, will be refunded via the player's registered payment method.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ko222 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.

Minimum Deposit

Real-money deposits (excluding bonus funds) are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification.

Third-Party Payments

Any suspected third-party payment will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities pending investigation. This rule applies without exception, including payments involving family members.

ko222 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirement

Bonus Expiry

Bonus Abuse

Prohibited Conduct
